I think my landlord Is hitting on me?

Only I'm not really sure. He doesn't speak a word of english. I rent the guest house in a really nice house in an upscale neighborhood. He is married with three kids. Late at night I sometimes see him doing odd things like chilling in the garage by himself drinking or drinking behind this gazebo they have in the back yard. Its not odd that he drinks, but the way he acts about it is. As if he's hiding something. Up until recently i didn't think much of it except when he walks by my windows (there is two of them, a french door and a window) I notice he tries to peer in. Sometimes I'm on my bed watching him do it. Its kind of weird. Tonight he came up to me, gave me a corona and starting saying something like meet me in the garage and then he was like tienda, tienda (to shop?) and something gasoline and he acted as if i needed to go with him or drive him, i honestly don't know what the f*ck he was saying and he kept telling me "shhhh shhhh" and was being really secretive about it. he was like 20 minutes and signaled for me to meet him in the garage. I kept saying I don't know what the hell you're talking about and then he was like "go..go..go" and shushed me away. When he talks to me he's always really close to my face and when i was talking to him earlier his shirt was unoned pretty far and he kept rubbing his man . I don't know if what the hell is going on. I'm weirded out. Should i be? Or am I over reacting i feel really uncomfortable. I don't want to be rude but ?!?! And just so we're clear I'm not interested, duh
