There's this ad on my Yahoo web page, does it make the community "safe"?

Now I don't care, in fact I may even get some little jollies out of it, but there's this line of three women shaking their ies up and down real fast, some re-fi ad designed to catch your attention. But my question is, shouldn't it get a violation notice for blatant prurient y shaking when those poor impressionable 13 year olds have to take a break from playing Grand Theft Auto to be shocked and titillated by these brazen and bald faced in-your-face jigglying ?
