Where to go and what to see in Ocho Rios?

I will be in Ocho Rios in late Feb. for a day when my cruise ports. I'm trying to decide where I should spend my time. Is Dunn's River Falls worth it? How's Mahogany Beach? I'd like to do some drinking while I'm there also, where is a good place with cheap drinks?
