... is NOT under arrest but never says the suspect is free to leave.at the suppression hearing officer states HE did say the suspect can leave. now there is a tape that conderdicts the officer.Did he commit perjury or is his memory just hazey.on the stand the officer SWORE he said suspect could leave.
