Should I buy a Condo?

I found a condo in Midtown, Atlanta in an older building for a great price. The building is older, but the actual unit is updated. My only hold up is I am afraid that I get into this place and five years down the road when I try to sell it I can't sell it for what I bought it for (or at all). Any thoughts on the market or advice on buying a condo in this market? Thanks.
