Am I really sick ? please help!!!!!?

I don't know how it happens. Its the second time. at the beginning i don't feel my left hand, than i can't see very well. after this i have a really bad headache above the right eye.than at the end i just want to throw up.the first time this happened was in april or may and now again. at that time i staid for three days at home. during the day i was kind of ok but at night i threw up all ia ate during the day. please can somebody tell me what i have , what is this? thank tou!!!
