Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly?

I have big curly, frizzy '80's hair... it's very difficult to wear it down. i use a relaxing shampoo/conditioner right now but I was thinking about switching to Tousle Me Softly. I haven't tried a curl shampoo/conditioner yet... Is it worth a try?
