What did this dream mean?

I had a dream last night where I was hanging out with a celebrity from my country I had met a few years ago whom I got on really well with, but someone punched him in the mouth and his mouth was full of blood and when I leaned in to kiss him I couldnt do it because the smell of blood was so strong. And then I was hanging out with two famous radio presenters here with the celebrity, and someone was drawing blood from me with a needle and I felt really woozy and achy and I collapsed against a wall and my fell out of my top and the celeb saw it and laughed and then I laughed so hard and started slapping one of the radio presenters on the knee because I was laughing so hard, and she asked why I did that and I said "You were the closest so I thought I'll just slap her!" Lol, and then we were out walking and I noticed people had their cars parked on top of their roofs and I wondered how they got up there, and then I saw a woman throw up her ute onto the roof and thats how they did it and I thought it was really weird like how can you pick up your car and throw it onto your roof but no one else thought that was strange apart from me lol. It was soo weird, what do you think it was about??
