Are there any veg*n substitutes for things like Jell-O and marshmallows?

There are substitutes for both jello and marshmallows; vegan marshmallows and vegan or gelatin-free jello. Check your local organic or natural food store. I've heard the vegan marshmallows are equally delicious.
