About semen ysis!My husband ysis shows normal count,volume & all other values,but. the ysis showed?

that the fluid is hyperviscous & liquifaction occurs after 90min,while normal of that lab was 15-60min.Also only10%of sperms show progressive linear motility & 35%sluggish linear15% abnormal head forms.60% viable..Count is 46million/ml & 139million/3ml ,no infection & all aspects are normal.Does it seem ok or this may make pregnancy difficult.
