Hey, i know exactly what you are going through, but you can easily make your periods more bearable. Fatty, sugary foods make menstrual pain worse like cramps in the stomach and back so try cutting down on these type of foods before your period is due or altogether. Despite this, periods can still be painful so its time to leave the over the counter painkillers alone and go to your doctor for prescribed medication. There are stronger drugs specifically for this type of pain. Light exercise is also though to weaken period pain, even if its just a brisk or light stroll for 30 mins a day. Evening primrose oil is also a natural source that can be bought in tablet form. It is to be taken shortly before and after your periods and eases the pain. And of course, there is the hot water bottle which does actually work. The heat eases the pain. Rest it on top of your stomach or your back, wherever is painful. Heat pads are also available, especially if you are at/school work. They can heat for up to a few hours and no one will know you are wearing one.

Sorry to say that your OS installation may be corrupt or you may even have a failing Hard disk or secrtor on your C: drive. If you can no longer boot into windows, the only option is to insert a recovery disk (if available) to recover the OS or to insert a windows installation disk in the disk drive and try to repair or reinstall the OS. I suppose you use windows XP (from your error message above), insert your XP installation disk in the drive and boot your computer from it and try a repair/reinstall.

im getting a few medeitteranian house geckos to get rid of the german roaches i have in the house im moving into. if i use borax to help kill the roaches off will the gecko be harmed? will they walk through it and die? or eat the borax? or eat the roach im making mixed with sugar, flour, baking soda and borax? thanks to all who help.

Cryptorchid Maine Coon?

Lucky my cat , he was half Maine coon, I lost him at the ripe old age of 19.He was almost 30 pounds,I miss that old cat everyday. Maine coons are known for being big cats , so no I don`t think size had anything to do with his cyptorchidism. Maine coons are the best cats ever, I really want to get one .
