Air bubbles on side of betta tank?

Happened to me too. It is just air trapped in the water, stick your hand, or a net in the water and swish them off the sides. They will eventually be gone. But, you can not put a betta into a tank you just set up. It has to set for a while and develop some bacteria or your betta's waste will pollute the water and kill him since there is nothing to "dissolve" its harmful chemicals.
