What types of lures and sizes would be good for catching b and gar in this pond?

hey man, with the b, you can change it up a little. with the clarity of the water the way it is, try a good spinner. like a double blade spinner with a good trailer, stick with the silver crank you are using. you might even want to try a buzz bait on top water. the best way that have found to catch gar is off f live bait. i have caught a pile of them off shiners. if you use them you will even have a chance of catching some b. I have also caught gar with minnows as well as well as cut bait. see if you can catch some of those sunnies and fish with them as bait, break off one of those fins right behind its head, run a hook though the tail and add a little weight to drop the fish down some and fish under a bobber. in my opinion if i had a chance to hang up on a huge gar or a b i would choose the gar. the gars just seems to fight harder. man i hope this helps you out a bit good luck good fishin be safe and remember to share the experience
