Judicial Opinions and Moot Court Case?

Why not do a little research on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and its implications under the Fourth Amendment. Under this act federal agents can issue warrants themselves, without probable cause, when they feel national security interests are at risk. This would clearly violate the Fourth Amendment but the issue is whether the Fourth applies in cases where FISA is used. Generally the Fourth Amendment is not found to apply extraterritorially.
