Auto LPG or petrol / diesel filling stations are alloted by either govt companies like Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum etc. They advertise calling for applications for dealership and have a criteria and guidelines to be appointed as a dealer - they award you marks in all the categories and based on your score you may or may not be given dealership. Private Companies like Reliance now operate their own outlets. You can apply or talk to the Reliance authorities - you can get the address from any of the Reliance stations in your area.
