I'm confused about what happened in the 10th episode of Pretty Little Liars?

i dont know the answer to the first part of your question sorry :( allison was getting jenna away from him i think because jenna was in love with toby (i know weird right) and toby wasnt in love with her?? and i think whoever 'a' is was the one who called the police because 'a' was revealing all their secrets in the show (sent a letter to aria's mom about her dad cheating and sent the pictures that emily and mia took at the party when they kissed to emily's mom) i honestly dont know if im right but i hope i helped a little :)
